In this class we will learn Structural Fascial Movement Techniques as well as discuss postural distortions, evaluation techniques and body reading concepts for systemic and regional dysfunction leading to Shoulder Dysfunction & pain. Each advanced technique has 3 components and several movement options: Myofascial Release, Passive Movement & Active Movement.
