Advanced Fundamentals Education - The CE Classroom, is an Approved Provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

We offer all of the NCBTMB required courses and can meet all of your CE requirements for NCBTMB re-certification.

Research Fundamentals (4Hr Online CE Class for Massage Therapists)
Ethics Including Roles & Boundaries (4Hr Online CE Class for Massage Therapists)

+ How many CE Units do I need to renew my NCBTMB certification?

To re-certify as a Board Certified Massage Therapist, you need 24 total Continuing Education Hours, completed every 2 years.

+ What CE Courses do I need for NCBTMB renewal?

There are several specific courses needed for NCBTMB recertification.

Of the 24 total CE units needed:

All can be completed in an online format

At least 3 hours of must be in a course on Research

At least 3 hours must be in a course on Ethics, including roles and boundaries

No more than 4 hours may be in courses on self-care

+ Additional Requirements to renew your Board Certification:

100-hours of professional, documented hands-on experience

Pass a criminal background check (performed by NCBTMB)

Agree to uphold NCBTMB's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics

Agree to oppose Human Trafficking
